Athena Chu was a Hong Kong native born in 1971. She has starred in films including Fight Back to School II A Chinese Odyssey Part 2 Cinderella, and A Chinese Odyssey Part One Pandora's Box. She is engaged to Goon Chung Wong from 2012. They have one child together.

   Heelan was born in Andover (Massachusetts) to Kimball Heelan, actress and Lowell Public Schools teacher, and Kevin Heelan playwright. Conor is her older brother. The father of Heelan, as well being a performer, has been a faculty member at Phillips Andover Academy since 1983.
